IVe been trying to figure out, a MWD -25% to the capacitor. The thorax's ability, gives 5% less penality to capacitor. Does this mean that at cruser level 5, it negates that 25% penalty given by the MWD?

At least you guys can log on. I cant even jump on to change my skill training, let alone find any in game problems :\ Id say that is the biggest issue yet. Hopefully its something small and will be fixed when wake up tomarrow.
